Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is a treatment that is specifically tailored for each individual person – ensuring a unique massage that meets your particular needs.

Your massage will consist of an appropriate mix of gentle massage, stretches, relaxation and deep tissue work, incorporating techniques from various traditions of massage including Swedish massage, myofascial release, energy holds, trigger point, acupressure, Thai stretching, amma fusion and craniosacral techniques.

Knowledge and Training

I qualified as Holistic Massage Therapist at the School of Holistic Therapy in 2009, trained by Simonetta Logan. I have assisted in teaching the course at the school since 2010. Additionally, I have also completed several advanced massage technique courses through Jing.
